Jessica T. Moore

Jessica T. Moore works on a variety of False Claims Act cases, including those involving the pharmaceutical industry and municipal utilities. She joined Phillips & Cohen after six years of litigating cases in state and federal court.

Ms. Moore graduated magna cum laude from the Univeristy of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 1995. She was an executive associate and staff member of the Hastings Law Journal. She also externed for the Honorable Marilyn Hall Patel, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

After law school, Ms. Moore clerked for the Honorable Norman H. Stahl, U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

She later joined Howard, Rice, Nemerovski, Canady, Falk & Rabkin in San Francisco as a litigation associate. There she gained experience in cases involving complex litigation, business practices and competition, trade secrets, employment, antitrust matters, and products liability. Four years later she co-founded a general practice law firm in Santa Cruz, California, that focused on civil litigation, family law, business transactions and real estate matters.
