Stephen S. Hasegawa has many years of experience litigating cases in state and federal courts.

Mr. Hasegawa joined Phillips & Cohen after eight years with Irell & Manella LLP. His practice covered a wide variety of commercial disputes, including complex litigation under the California False Claims Act; class-action securities litigation; class-action litigation concerning the garment industry's use of foreign labor; and various cases concerning copyright, trademark, trade secrets and contracts.

Mr. Hasegawa graduated with honors in 1998 from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was Articles Editor of the University of Chicago Legal Forum.
